Frequently Asked Questions

Return/Refund Policy

  • There will be absolutely no refunds on custom orders. If your product is defective, please notify me within 30 days of receipt and I will issue a replacement free of charge once the defective product has been returned.

Shipping

  • There is $5 flat rate non-tracking shipping on all phone cases within Canada. If you prefer tracked shipping, please select your preferred method at checkout.
  • With non-tracked shipping I cannot guarantee a timeline. Refunds will not be given as result of this. If you do not receive your order please reach out to me so I can resend. 

Pick-up

  • We happily offer free, local pick-up in Conception Bay South. The pickup address is 31 Erica Avenue. Once your order is ready for pickup you will be emailed!

Payment

  • We accept most major credit card providers, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. 
  • EMT is also accepted. Please forward payments to allison-hiscock@hotmail.com at time of order. 

Ordering

  • Once you place your order, please allow 3-5 days (if not more during peak season) for processing. I will create a mock-up of your requested design and send you a photo for your approval to the email attached to your order. I will not print the phone case until I have your approval, and once you approve the design I cannot guarantee I will be able to make changes.
